Community guidelines
How founders treat each other on Meridian.
Be real
Use your real name and describe what you are actually building. No fake profiles, no pretending to be someone else.
Be useful
Ask clearly, offer what you can, and answer requests, even when the answer is no. A quick decline gives the sender their connect back.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, threats or unwanted romantic or sexual attention. Disagree with ideas, not people.
Do not spam or pitch cold
Do not send the same message to many founders, and do not pitch products or investments to people who did not ask. Use the board for asks and offers.
Keep it safe
Do not share other people's private details. Meet new people in public places first, and tell someone where you are going.
Reporting
If someone breaks these guidelines, block and report them from their profile. Reports are private and reviewed by the Meridian team. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts.
