A few useful details

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Here’s what to know before you join Duara’s early list.

What is Duara?

Duara is a map for founders to discover one another by location and focus, then start useful conversations. “Duara” means “circle” in Swahili.

Who is Duara for?

Founders building at any stage, from an early idea to a growing company, who want to learn from and connect with other founders.

Can I explore before signing up?

Yes. The map preview is open to browse without an account. Sample profiles are marked, and the animated paths are illustrative. Connection requests are disabled while Duara is in waitlist mode.

How do connection requests work?

When Duara opens, choose advice, swapping notes, an online meeting, or meeting in person. Add a note so the founder knows why you’re reaching out. They can accept or decline; accepted requests can continue in messages.

Does the map show my exact address?

No. Your profile uses the city or region you choose, and the map pin is offset so it doesn’t point to an exact address.

Does it cost anything to connect?

Browsing the map is open. Once connections launch, a new request will use one connect. It’s returned if the founder declines or the request expires unanswered. You’ll see the available options and price before checkout.

When will Duara launch?

There isn’t a launch date to share yet. Join the early list and we’ll email you when Duara opens. You can unsubscribe any time.
